During the sunset photos on Chadd and Donna’s wedding day, as two of them were kissing… Chadd said “I’m sorry if we are kissing too much, we just can’t help it on our wedding day”! These two! They are so sweet and kind and perfect for each other. As they exchanged vows that they had written themselves, they had everyone laughing and crying at the same time! As they shared bits and pieces of their story in their vows, you could see how they each helped to make the other person better, which is a beautiful thing to take into a marriage. Working to put the other person before yourself, and making you both better for it.
It was a lovely Summer day at Emerson Creek Pottery and Tearoom for their wedding. As you can see in the picture above, the wind was whipping around quite a bit that day! We wandered all over the grounds at Emerson, looking for spots that were out of the wind. In front of the old farmhouse was the perfect location to escape the wind, I am so happy we used that little spot. Gorgeous lighting!
So very happy for these two and the journey that they are on together!
