Years ago, I used to work with Brianne in Chicago. My fondest memory of her is seeing her walk down the halls of our office building, not just any walk. It is the Brianne walk. She has this high energy, “I can keep up with anyone, and get there faster” walk. I always knew something important was happening when I would see Brianne rush by, with her cute, fast hurried pace. You’d have to see it to believe me :) Besides her walk, is her sweet personality and her organized efficiency at which she goes about life. I love catching up with her, and hearing about life in Nebraska and her job working for The Buckle.
It was at a wedding (near Chicago) last August that we heard little stories of this guy Jared. I don’t remember much, as I was running around photographing the wedding, while trying to catch as much of the story as I could. But from the bits and pieces I heard, I gathered that he was a pretty great guy and could keep up with Brianne quite well.
Fast forward to the wedding in Tulsa this May (yes, my friends and I like to meet up at weddings all over the country) and we all get to meet this Jared guy. Great sense of humor, very caring towards Brianne, fun personality, and I think, a perfect match.
No, these are not engagement photos. It is a “just because we all happened to be in the same town” kind’ve session. And because both of their Mom’s needed updated photos of this cute couple to frame. But I do hope they call me when a sparkly something is exchanged ;)
We headed to Utica Square, near downtown Tulsa for a few shots before the sun set.
